Dr. Genevieve Nrenzah – Research Fellow, Institute of African Studies, University of Ghana

Dr. Genevieve Nrenzah is a Research Fellow in the Religion and Philosophy Section of the Institute of African Studies, University of Ghana, Accra. In 2015, she graduated from the Bayreuth International Graduate School of African Studies, University of Bayreuth, Germany with a PhD in Religious Studies. Dr. Nrenzah is an editorial member of the Contemporary Journal of African Studies, Institute of African Studies (CJAS June 2018-Date), and an editorial review board member of the journal – Black Women and Religious Cultures – for the University of Minnesota Press. She also serves on the editorial advisory board for the Journal of Religion in Africa, Brill. Dr. Nrenzah has professional affiliations with the African Studies Association of Africa, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Missionswissenschaft, American Academy of Religions, Golden Key International Honour Society and International Association for the History of Religions.
